Note: Backups perform most reliably when the device is locked and placed on its charger.Open the companion application
Launch the management application on your smartphone. Navigate to the dashboard where your wearable status is displayed and ensure the connection indicator shows active synchronization.
Navigate to backup settings
Select the device icon to enter the individual settings menu. Locate the General tab and scroll down until you find the Backup or Data Sync section.
Trigger the manual backup
Tap the button labeled Back Up Now or Sync Data. Confirm the prompt if your device requires a secondary security authorization to initiate the upload to your encrypted cloud storage.
Note: If the button is greyed out, verify that your cloud account storage limit has not been reached.Confirm completion status
Monitor the progress bar until it reaches 100 percent. Review the timestamp below the backup button to ensure the Last Backup date reflects the current time and date.
Note: Do not navigate away from the application until the confirmation toast notification appears.
