Note: Low power mode often restricts peripheral connectivity to save energy.Toggle Bluetooth on the wearable
Navigate to the Settings menu on your wearable device. Select Bluetooth, toggle the switch to Off, wait ten seconds, and toggle it back to On to reset the radio state.
Note: Do not simply disconnect the earbuds; perform a full radio cycle.Clear existing pairings
Locate the earbuds in your wearable's Bluetooth device list. Tap the information icon or the gear icon next to the device name and select Forget This Device or Unpair to remove the existing configuration.
Note: Removing old cache files prevents handshake errors.Initiate pairing mode
Place both earbuds into the charging case and leave the lid open. Press and hold the physical setup button on the case until the LED indicator flashes white, signaling the device is ready to discover new hosts.
Note: Check your manufacturer's manual if the LED flash pattern differs.Complete the connection
Return to the Bluetooth settings menu on your wearable. Select your earbuds from the list of Available Devices and follow any on-screen prompts to finalize the authentication process.
Note: If a passkey is requested, check the device label for the default code.
