Note: Cross-reference this list with people who currently require access to your residence.

    Remove users from Apple Home

Tap the Home icon, select Home Settings, and choose the user profile under the People list. Tap Remove Person at the bottom of the screen and confirm the action.

Note: This will instantly revoke access to all HomeKit accessories linked to your Apple Home.
  3. 1 min

    Remove users from Google Home

Open the Google Home app, tap Settings, and select Household. Tap the member's profile icon, then tap the Remove icon in the top right corner to confirm.

Note: Removing a member also removes their linked personal data and voice recognition models from smart speakers in that home.
  4. 1 min

    Remove users from Amazon Alexa

In the Alexa app, tap More, select Settings, and choose Your Family & Household. Tap the name of the user you wish to remove and select Remove from Household.

Note: Be aware that removing a user from the Amazon Household may impact their access to shared media libraries.
  5. 30 sec

    Confirm removal across platforms

Return to the user management list within each application to ensure the removed profile is no longer visible. Refresh the page if the user still appears in the list.

Note: Always check secondary accounts or legacy third-party manufacturer apps if you have integrated smart locks or security cameras.
