Access your Apple ID settings
Open the Settings app from your Home Screen. Tap your name at the very top of the menu to open the Apple ID configuration panel.
Open the iCloud menu
Within the Apple ID menu, tap on iCloud. This displays an overview of your current storage usage and a comprehensive list of all apps syncing data.
View all syncing applications
Tap the Show All button located under the Apps Using iCloud section. This reveals every installed application currently permitted to write data to your iCloud account.
Note: This list includes both native Apple apps and third-party applications.Toggle individual app sync
Locate the specific application you wish to manage. Tap the toggle switch to the right of the app name to disable or enable iCloud synchronization for that data set.
Note: Disabling sync stops new data from uploading but does not necessarily delete existing data from the cloud.Manage iCloud Drive documents
Return to the main iCloud menu and select iCloud Drive. Toggle the switch for Sync this iPhone to disable all document syncing, or tap Apps Syncing to iCloud Drive to manage specific file-sharing permissions.
Confirm storage changes
Navigate back to the main iCloud menu. Observe the storage bar at the top to see how your changes have affected your total iCloud storage utilization.
Note: Changes apply immediately across all devices signed into the same Apple ID.
