Step by step
Confirm your Apple ID status
Open the Settings app on your iPad. Tap your name at the top of the sidebar and verify that you are signed in with the same Apple ID used to purchase the subscription.
Note: If you are logged into a different account, tap Sign Out at the bottom and re-authenticate with the correct credentials.Locate the subscription within the app
Launch the specific app where your subscription is missing. Navigate to the app's settings, profile, or account menu to find the premium subscription management screen.
Note: If the app does not have a native settings menu, look for a 'Pro' or 'Premium' icon on the dashboard.Select the Restore Purchases button
Search for a button labeled Restore Purchases, Restore Subscription, or Restore. Tapping this command forces the app to query Apple’s servers for your existing entitlement.
Note: You may be prompted to enter your Apple ID password or use Face ID/Touch ID to authorize the verification.Check subscription status in App Store settings
If the in-app restore fails, open the App Store app. Tap your profile icon in the top right corner and select Subscriptions to confirm the item appears under the Active list.
Note: If the subscription is missing from this list, you may have used a different Apple ID or purchased the subscription directly through the developer's website.Force restart the application
Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to the center to open the App Switcher. Swipe the app card up and off the screen to close it completely, then relaunch the app to see if the restored status syncs.
Note: Relaunching clears temporary cache files that may be preventing the app from recognizing your status.
