For Apple Pencil (2nd generation) or Apple Pencil Pro, place the accessory onto the magnetic connector located on the side of your iPad. Ensure the flat side of the pencil aligns with the charging area.
Note: If using an Apple Pencil (USB-C), slide the end cap to reveal the port and connect a USB-C charge cable to both the pencil and your iPad.Verify the pairing request
A Bluetooth Pairing Request notification will appear on your iPad screen. Tap the Pair button to confirm the connection.
