Note: Re-launch the app after closing to see if the issue persists.Perform a forced restart of the iPad
Quickly press and release the Volume Up button, then the Volume Down button. Press and hold the top Power button until the Apple logo appears on the screen, then release.
Note: This clears temporary memory caches that may be causing runtime errors.Update the application via App Store
Open the App Store and tap your profile icon in the top right corner. Scroll down to the Available Updates section and tap Update All to ensure every app is running the latest stable version.
Note: Developers frequently release stability patches specifically to fix crash loops.Offload and reinstall the affected app
Navigate to Settings > General > iPad Storage. Tap the crashing app from the list and select Offload App to remove the binary while preserving your local data. Once finished, tap Reinstall App to fetch a fresh, uncorrupted copy.
Note: Offloading is safer than deleting as it keeps your app documents intact.Check for iPadOS software updates
Go to Settings > General > Software Update. If an update is available, ensure your iPad is connected to power and tap Download and Install. System-wide bugs are often addressed in point releases of iPadOS.
Note: Maintain at least 10GB of free storage to ensure stable OS performance.
