Step by step

  1. 15 sec

    Open system navigation settings

Open the Settings app on your device. Navigate to System and tap on Gestures followed by System navigation.

  2. 15 sec

    Access gesture settings

Ensure Gesture navigation is selected. Tap the gear icon located to the right of the Gesture navigation option to open the configuration menu.

Note: The gear icon only appears when Gesture navigation is the active input method.
  3. 30 sec

    Modify back sensitivity

Locate the slider labeled Back sensitivity. Move the slider toward Low if you find the gesture triggers too easily, or toward High if the edge swipe is unresponsive.

Note: Low sensitivity reduces the activation zone to the extreme edge of the screen.
  4. 30 sec

    Test the new sensitivity

Exit the Settings menu and attempt a back gesture from the side of your screen. Observe whether the trigger response aligns with your new configuration.

Note: You may need to repeat step 3 to fine-tune the sensitivity if the current setting feels unnatural.
