Perform a forced restart
Press and hold the Power button and Volume Down button simultaneously for 15 to 30 seconds. Release both buttons once the screen turns off and the device attempts to reboot. This clears temporary system interruptions that may cause a boot hang.
Note: If the device remains stuck, proceed to the recovery menu.Enter Recovery Mode
Power off the device completely. Press and hold the Power and Volume Down buttons until the bootloader menu appears on the screen. Use the volume buttons to scroll through the menu and the Power button to select Recovery Mode.
Note: Some devices may require holding Power and Volume Up depending on the manufacturer.Wipe the system cache partition
Within the Recovery menu, navigate to Wipe cache partition using the volume keys. Confirm the action by pressing the Power button. This operation removes temporary system files that often cause boot conflicts without deleting user data.
Note: If the device boots successfully after this, the issue is resolved.Factory reset the device
If the cache wipe fails, select Wipe data/factory reset from the Recovery menu. Confirm your choice by selecting Yes to proceed. This process will erase all personal data, photos, and settings from the device.
Note: Use this step only as a final measure as it results in data loss.Reboot the system
After the reset process completes, ensure the Reboot system now option is highlighted. Press the Power button to finalize the command. The device will take longer than usual to boot for the first time.
Note: Plug the device into a charger during this process to ensure it does not power off.
